Contraction timer

Tap the button when a contraction begins, and again when it eases off. The timer tracks how long each one lasts and how far apart they are, so you can see the pattern forming.

The 5-1-1 guide

Many providers suggest heading to your birth place, or calling your care team, when contractions are about 5 minutes apart, lasting 1 minute each, for 1 hour. Always follow the guidance your own provider or midwife gave you, and call sooner if your water breaks, you see bleeding, baby is moving less, or anything feels wrong. When in doubt, call. That is what your team is there for.

Feeding & diaper log

The newborn days blur together, especially on very little sleep. Tap a button each time you feed or change your baby, and the log keeps the record for you, ready to share at pediatrician visits.

What your pediatrician loves to hear

In the first week, look for at least one wet and one dirty diaper on day one, building up to about 6 or more wet diapers and 3 to 4 stools a day by day five, and roughly 8 to 12 feeds in 24 hours. Every baby has their own rhythm. If feeds drop off, diapers slow down, or baby is hard to wake to eat, call your pediatrician the same day.

    Birth plan builder

A birth plan is a letter to your care team about what matters to you. Fill in what you know, skip anything you are still deciding, and the builder writes it up as a clean one page plan you can download and bring to a prenatal visit.
